The surgery is open from 08.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday plus Saturday mornings 09.00 - 11.45 for routine pre-booked appointments and collection of prescriptions only. Emergency services will be provided by Fylde Coast Medical Services (see below).

WEEKEND AND NIGHT COVER

Our out-of-hours, weekend and night cover is provided by FCMS (Fylde Coast Medical Services) who can be contacted by phoning the practice number whereupon you will be diverted automatically at no extra charge to you, or by telephoning FCMS direct on 0300 123 1144.

DISABLED ACCESS

At Park Medical Practice there are reserved car parking spaces for our disabled patients. All consultations are carried out on the ground floor. If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement. St Anne's Health Centre complies with disability legislation.
